Explores the biblical framework for understanding trauma's fragmentation. Centered on Isaiah 61:1 and the metaphor of broken pottery, this course guides counselors toward Christ-centered hope and redemption. Equips licensed counselors to accurately identify coercive control, distinguish it from general relationship distress, recognize tactics such as DARVO, and apply a safety-first lens with both victims and perpetrators. Explores how chronic trauma shapes the brain, body, and attachment system. Offers clinical interventions from a variety of modalities.
